What is PshankoRent?
PshankoRent is an easy-to-use rent management software designed for Indian PG owners, rental building landlords, and renters to track rent dues, UPI payments, empty rooms, and complaints.
Can I manage multiple buildings from one account?
Yes! You can register multiple PG hostels, commercial buildings, or apartment complexes within a single account.
Can I add many rooms at once?
Yes. Our Quick Room Generator lets you add 10, 50, or 100 rooms in seconds with room numbers, floor names, and rent amounts.
Who approves rent payments?
Renters upload payment transaction screenshots, but payments are only marked as PAID after the property owner checks and approves the submission.
Can I change my payment UPI QR code?
Yes. You can upload a new UPI payment QR image anytime in Payment QR Code Management, and it will immediately update for your active renters.
Can one owner see another owner's data?
No. All landlord accounts are strictly isolated. Owner A cannot access Owner B's properties, renters, payments, or reports under any circumstances.
What happens when a renter leaves?
You can perform a Move-Out operation. The room status automatically reverts to EMPTY, freeing it for a new renter while preserving past financial payment records.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use strict multi-tenant authorization policies, AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption for sensitive PII, private file storage streams, and immutable audit logs.
